I savored a beautifully prepared fish dish, showcasing local ingredients and skillful execution. The breakfast at Clifton's was a reflection of their commitment to quality, featuring fresh produce and thoughtful combinations. The omelette paired with a vibrant fruit salad illustrated the traditional while embracing a contemporary flair. Norbert and Peter, the hosts, were particularly accommodating, providing tailored recommendations and fostering an inviting atmosphere. For food enthusiasts visiting Truro, Clifton's serves as an ideal base to explore the dynamic culinary landscape while enjoying a comfortable stay, with easy access to the region's diverse gastronomic scene.
